- Develop detailed designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and water systems.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ascertain project requirements and constraints.

- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
