The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects within our engineering division, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure while managing project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project outcomes.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or defense sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Skills
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
