Responsibilities
  • Assist in researching and writing articles, features, and reviews for the NME website and magazine.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas.
  • Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts across various platforms.
  • Attend and report on live music events, interviews, and press conferences.
  • Conduct interviews and gather quotes from artists and industry professionals.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including organizing the editorial calendar and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Deep interest and knowledge of the music industry and current trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
